  • Used Returns: Customers wishing to return a product must apply for a RMA number within the warranty period of the product. Returns of product, other than with defect (used Laptop battery not included), are subject to a 15% restocking fee or rate as determined by First Choice Sales & Service. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days upon receipt of product at First Choice Sales & Service..
  • Damaged Product: Any product "disassembled" by the customer will VOID all warranties.
  • Send RMA To: First Choice Sales and Sevice Attn: RMA 4446 Deer Valley Dr Florissant 63034.
  • RMA Number Must Be Marked on the Outside of Box: To get your RMA number, please call us at 314-741-7441 or email support@fcsas.com. RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Please include a printed copy of the RMA paperwork on the inside of the box. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to First Choice Sales & Service. .
  • Operating System & Personal Information: We are not responsible for any software personal information loaded on the equipment by the customer and do not guarantee that any software that may be loaded will be compatible with the equipment. Check with the software manufacturer for compatibility before purchasing. No operating system will be included on off-lease computers.
  • Out of Warranty Items: Items sent to First Choice that are OUT OF WARRANTY will be returned to customer at customer's expense unless previously agreed to repair at owner’s expense
  • Off Lease Returned within 30 day Parts & Labor Warranty. Warranty excludes software, physical damage, tampering, and normal wear & tear. This unit has been inspected to ensure no excessive wear and tear, please remember this product has been used and will show normal wear and tear. This product has been fully tested to ensure you receive a working computer. Batteries may or may not hold a charge (no guarantee). This unit has a blank Hard Drive and you are responsible for loading all software. If you are uncomfortable with these conditions please consider a Fully Refurbished Laptop
  • Are Refurbished items as good as new? Yes! Absolutely. Refurbished products are often better than new, because they undergo more rigorous inspection and testing than new products. The defect rate of Refurbished items is far lower than that of items sold as new. Sometimes items sold as Refurbished are, in fact, "new" items that have simply been repackaged due to damage to the box or casing during shipping. The item may never have even made it to a store shelf! Additionally, other items that are sold as Refurbished include manufacturer's overstock, discontinued items, products with minor cosmetic blemishes, and store demo items.
